strength- front squat X3  -85,105,125,135,145
(*compare to -last week 160X1 (PR)   -8/3-123X3)
WORKOUT- Death By Thrusters (75#)
9 rounds 7 thrusters
BUYOUT-30 TOES TO BAR (KIPPED)
(*compare to 10/17/11- @65#- 10 rounds 8 thrusters)
(meh- seems pretty even as far as performance goes to last time.  a bit heavier weight- 1 less round.  i didnt really feel the drive to push that hard…probably gave 85%.
*rxdweight was 95.  i just didnt have that kind of fight in me today so went a bit lighter. maybe should have gone heavy.  probably could have gotten at least 4 rounds.)
